SDRC Receives $600K Metaphase Order from MTD Products
CINCINNATI--Feb. 23, 2000--proven technology to enable document management
and change management applications --
SDRC , a leading global supplier of Internet-enabled collaborative product development solutions, today announced that MTD Products, Inc. has selected Metaphase as its core product data management (PDM) system for document management and change management capabilities. The value of this initial order for software and services is approximately $600K.
With headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, MTD manufactures a variety of outdoor power equipment for both residential and commercial markets. The MTD residential product lines include premium brand mowers Cub Cadet, White, Yard-Man and Yard Machines, while the MTD Pro line is targeted to the commercial industry's needs. MTD is deploying Metaphase within their various locations in the state of Ohio. This deployment is a Phase 1 activity of a multi-phase, multi-year plan. Additional locations are anticipated to come on board in subsequent phases.
