VSI Holdings, Inc. Helps Drive Global Communications Initiatives for Visteon with Multiyear ContractsBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Feb. 23 -- VSI Holdings (Amex: VIS) today announced that its marketing services subsidiary, Visual Services, Inc. (VSI), has been awarded three multiyear contracts to create high-tech communications initiatives for Visteon Automotive Systems. These projects, now under development, include the 2000 Visteon Technology Review, an Internet-based multimedia reference library and global product training. 2000 Visteon Technology Review As part of Visteon's continuing global marketing efforts, VSI is producing the new "2000 Visteon Technology Review" to help OEMs and other target audiences learn more about the company's products and technologies through customized displays and interactive experiences. The touring exhibit focuses on the organization's strategy of strengthening Visteon's brand equity and building on its current $19.4 billion annual sales base. To date Visteon's Technology Review, originally developed by VSI in 1998, has toured four continents and reached more than 25,000 participants while visiting more than 30 OEMs. Internet-based Multimedia Reference Tool Centering on Visteon's internal communications, VSI is creating a web- based visual media management system and in-house library to centralize the company's sales and marketing references globally. The Internet multimedia reference tool will give Visteon the ability to search, retrieve and view thousands of the company's streaming video images, stills and photographic images without ever leaving the computer. This unique technology also allows Visteon to interface with their offices around the world using real-time viewing to aid in their business-to-business capabilities. Global Education and Training VSI's education and training division continues to assist Visteon with their global training efforts. The training programs are traveling worldwide to give Ford and non-Ford account managers an in-depth look at Visteon's complete line of products and new technologies. "Visteon is one of VSI's most innovative clients who is truly committed to communicating their product messages and new technologies. Our new initiatives with this major Tier One supplier has created opportunities for VSI to build upon as we continue to work with Visteon to expand their market share," commented VSI Holdings' CEO, Steve Toth Jr. About VSI Holdings, Inc.
