Federal Screw Works Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

    DETROIT, Feb. 21 -- The Board of Directors of Federal Screw
Works , on February 18, 2000, declared a regular quarterly cash
divided of 10 cents per share on its outstanding $1.00 par value common stock,
payable April 3, 2000, to shareholders of record at the close of business on
March 6, 2000.
