With almost 200 years of collective experience in the automotive arena, the team brings a wealth of leadership, technical expertise and management know-how to the company that would be hard to match in any industry. Steve Nickelsen is Autolink.com's chairman & CEO. Generally regarded as one of the industry's leading forward thinkers, Nickelsen has advised numerous auto industry CEOs and is recognized as one of the best trainers of auto retail personnel, management and owners. Donald V. Warriner is president & COO of Autolink.com. Warriner comes from Data National Corporation, where he served as president, CEO and a director of the company. Focused on the automotive industry, Denver-based Data National was founded over two decades ago to help busy dealers and aftermarket retailers keep track of their customers. Richard S. Simms has been named Autolink.com's senior vice president & CFO. Simms has been a certified public accountant for 28 years. Most recently, as chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Data National Corporation, he was responsible for recruiting the management team, as well as assisting the company in developing its extensive expertise in Customer Relationship Management programs for the automotive retail industry. John G. Cooper, senior vice president, dealer operations, brings over 23 years' experience in the automotive dealership business. Over the years, he has served as general manager of several car businesses in Michigan and Ohio, including top-volume Lexus and Chevrolet dealerships and was owner and operator of Gordon Cooper Motor Sales in Ohio. Cooper has been involved with 14 different franchises in automotive retail as an owner/operator or general manager. Stephen J. Donaghy is senior vice president sales & marketing and brings 13 years' experience working with auto dealers, consolidators and manufacturers. In his previous position of vice president, national accounts for Reynolds & Reynolds, Donaghy secured, cultivated and managed several of its largest clients, while filling several key field sales positions and directing sales staffs on the East Coast. David T. Clements, vice president marketing, is responsible for strategic planning, communications and sales support. An entrepreneur with broad technical systems knowledge and exceptional communications skills, Clements had been the founder and managing director of Stratecom Management Partners since 1992. Stuart Horowitz, vice president human resources, comes to Autolink.com from New Era of Networks, Inc., a software development firm, where he served as director of human resources. Horowitz earned his Juris Doctor in 1992 and has spent his career dedicated to labor and employment issues. Joseph Miliziano, is senior vice president & CIO of Autolink.com. He comes from AutoNation Inc. where he was vice president of software development and brings strong automotive IT and Internet experience and success to the Autolink.com management team.
