Michigan Rivet Corporation Announces Results for First Quarter Ended January 31, 2000

    WARREN, Mich., Feb. 18 -- Michigan Rivet Corporation
announced its results of operations for the first quarter ended January 31,
2000.
    Sales for the quarter ended January 31, 2000 were $10,327,000, down 3.1%
from the same quarter in 1999.  Net income was $414,000 or $.65 per share as
compared to a net income of $.66 per share in the comparable period a year
ago.
