Hella North America Names John C. Koenig Vice President And Chief Financial OfficerPLYMOUTH, Mich., Feb. 18 -- John C. Koenig has been named vice president and chief financial officer of Hella North America by the company's board of directors. Koenig, with Hella since 1979, had been chief financial officer. A Graduate of Rutgers University, Koenig began his career in 1959 with E.I. DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware, then moved to International Playtex Corporation as coordinator of Profit Planning and Budgeting in 1964. He transferred to the international group of Playtex in New York City and later became senior financial analyst for its European Group. In 1973, Koenig moved to National Homes Corporation, where he became plant controller for National's Best Homes Division, prior to moving to Hella North America six years later. Koenig is a longtime member of the American Management Association and Institute of Management Accountants. He and his wife, Barbara, have six children.
