Marketing Agreement Signed By ATCBOULDER CITY, Nev., Feb. 17 -- Richard A. Steinke, C.E.O. of American Tire Corporation announced the signing of a marketing agreement with Marketing Support, Inc. which is based out of San Clemente, California. Marketing Support, Inc. has approximately 400 sales and marketing personnel nation wide who cover all 50 states and over 45,000 mass retail outlets. These major outlets include Target, Sears, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Costco, Sport Authority, Toys-R-Us, etc. Marketing Support, Inc. has the responsibility to market American Tire Corporation's new No-Flat polyurethane bicycle tire to major retail outlets. The tire is named the "Amerityre(TM)" and it uses a patented technology that encapsulates over a million closed cell air bubbles to equal the ride of a traditional pneumatic tire. This innovative tire technology gives a Flat- Free, Maintenance-Free and Hassle-Free tire that American Tire Corporation believes makes it the safest and most dependable bicycle tire in the world. Marketing is commencing and preliminary meetings are already scheduled with several major retail outlets.
