X-Rite, Incorporated Engages Broadview International LLC as Financial Advisor

    GRANDVILLE, Mich.--Feb. 17, 2000--X-Rite, Incorporated today announced the engagement of Broadview International LLC as its financial advisor in connection with its strategic merger and acquisition activities.
    The Grandville, Michigan-based developer of color-critical solutions stated that it selected Broadview based on its global focus and expertise in several key sectors of the technology industry: communications and computing infrastructure, telecommunications services, enterprise software, digital media and content, and IT and technology-based services.
    "It is imperative that X-Rite be prepared to move quickly on partnering opportunities and to acquire companies that will strategically position us for accelerated growth," stated Richard E. Cook, Chief Executive Officer and President of X-Rite, Incorporated.
