Duxbury to Direct TI Group Automotive Operations in Europe
    WARREN, Mich., Feb. 17 -- Howard Duxbury has been named
managing director of European operations for TI Group Automotive Systems,
according to Allan Welsh, chief executive of TI Automotive.
    Duxbury had been president of European operations for Siebe Automotive
Europe.  Prior to Siebe, he had held senior management positions at Echlin
Automotive, Timoney Group (Ireland) and Rockwell SVI (France).
    "Howard has a strong background in the manufacturing industry and played
an important role in the successful restructuring of Siebe's European arm,"
Mr. Welsh said.  "He has a proven track record in the management of
international businesses."
    TI Group Automotive is the world's leading supplier of fluid storage and
delivery systems for the automotive industry.  The company employs more than
20,000 people at 150 facilities in 29 countries, including 9,000 people at 52
facilities in North America.  It was formed after the acquisition of Walbro
Corporation by TI Group last year and combines Walbro with TI Group's Bundy
business to provide fluid storage and delivery systems mainly for the
automotive industry.
