CarSmart.com Partners with Money Magazine; Leading online auto site to be featured as Money's online auto buying service.

    SAN FRANCISCO--Feb. 17, 2000--CarSmart.com (http://www.carsmart.com), a subsidiary of Autobytel.com and one of the Internet's most recognized names in online auto buying, joined forces today with one of the most trusted brands in personal finance, Money magazine.
    According to the Agreement, CarSmart.com will be featured as Money's online auto buying service and will provide Money with automotive content for both print and online use. CarSmart.com will also be a key content provider for Money magazine's popular Annual Car Buying issue.
