Exchange Offer for 15 Percent Senior Discount Notes Issued by Petro Stopping Centers Holdings L.P. Extended to Feb. 18, 2000

    EL PASO, Texas--Feb. 16, 2000--Petro Stopping Centers L.P., a nationwide operator of full service truck stops, today announced that the offer of Petro Stopping Centers Holdings L.P. to exchange $113.4 million of Series A Senior Discount Notes Due 2008 for 15% Series B Senior Discount Notes Due 2008 has been extended until 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, on Friday, Feb. 18, 2000.
