Kellagher Named Chief Financial Officer Pennzoil-Quaker State CompanyHOUSTON, Feb. 15 -- Pennzoil-Quaker State Company announced today that Thomas P. Kellagher, Senior Vice President, Business Development, has been promoted to Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kellagher joined Pennzoil-Quaker State Company in January 1999, following 15 years of experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and numerous economic and financial projects as a consultant for McKinsey & Company and Wright Killen & Company in Houston. Prior to that he worked in the refining and marketing areas of Gulf Oil Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (with high distinction) in chemical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a masters degree in business administration, with a major in financial management, from Drexel University. As Chief Financial Officer, he will be responsible for all accounting and finance functions, including internal audit, investor relations, corporate planning, business development, and information technology.
