CSAA Selects Identitech's FYI For Enterprise Wide Electronic Document Management System
MELBOURNE, Fla.--Feb. 15, 2000--Identitech, Inc. today announced that CSAA, an affiliate of the American Automobile Association, serving Northern California, Nevada & Utah, recently signed an enterprise-wide software license agreement with Identitech.CSAA has been using the Identitech FYI(R) document management solution in its Claims Mail Imaging Center since 1998. The company will now extend FYI use to its Customer Care initiative, as well as to support document management and workflow requirements in Records Services, and throughout the CSAA enterprise.
According to Kerry Gilger, President & CEO of Identitech: "Identitech is focused on providing document management and workflow capabilities that will fulfill an important `missing link' in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives that are being deployed at CSAA, and other business' with similar customer care objectives."
