Local Thrifty Car Rental Opens At The Imperial Palace
    LAS VEGAS, Feb. 14 -- Qualcar, L.L.C. dba Thrifty Car Rental
of Las Vegas, continues to expand in the local market with the February 16,
2000 opening of a new hotel facility located inside the Imperial Palace Hotel
and Casino.
    "With the addition of the Imperial Palace location, this further
strengthens Thrifty's local presence in the Las Vegas valley," said franchise
owner David Rosen.  "This new location comes on the heels of our recent move
into the New Frontier Hotel.  We are excited to serve customers more
conveniently with our six locations, including McCarran International
Airport."  According to Rosen, Thrifty plans to add several new locations in
the next year.
