San Francisco Newspaper Agency Automotive Ad Continues Award Streak

    SAN FRANCISCO--Feb. 14, 2000--The Newspaper Association of America (NAA) honored automotive advertising designed by the San Francisco Newspaper Agency for First America Automotive, Inc., continuing the San Francisco Newspaper Agency's four-year DANDY (Dealer Automotive Newspaper Display Advertising) Award streak. This year, the winning award was bestowed for Best Print Promotion of a Dealer or Newspaper Online Auto Site for First America Automotive's anyauto.com site.
    In existence for 24 years, the DANDY Awards recognize creative and outstanding automotive dealer display advertising in newspapers. This is the 11th DANDY Award for the San Francisco Newspaper Agency. The previous 10 awards went to advertising created by the SFNA's Design Group, which was formed in 1997. This group consists of specialist creative teams and production employees who created the following DANDY-winning ads for the SFNA's automotive advertisers:
