Peter Sattler Named Chief E-Business Officer at SPX Corporation
    MUSKEGON, Mich., Feb. 14 -- SPX Corporation today
announced that Peter V. Sattler has been named Chief E-Business Officer for
the company.  Mr. Sattler, who is 35, joined SPX Corporation a year ago as
Chief Information Officer.
    John B. Blystone, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SPX
