    NEW YORK--February 11, 2000--(FRTX): The Company announced that in accordance with the change in its capitalization structure previously announced on January 26, 2000, it has changed its stock symbol effective February 8, 2000 from CMDA to FRTX. The shares are trading on the NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board.
