Autoco.com Announces Changes to Its Executive Structure
    MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 9 -- Max Wandinger, Chairman of the Board
of Autoco.com (OTC Bulletin Board: AOOO) (http://www.autoco.com) is pleased to
announce two exciting new appointments to the Board of Directors for
Autoco.com.  Effective immediately, Mr. Peter Caissie has been appointed
President of the Corporation and Mr. Walter Deagle will take on the
responsibility of Vice President, Business Development for TheMotorPages.com
Inc., an automotive web-site, which is a subsidiary of Autoco.com.
    "It is an honour to have two men of such vast talent and expertise joining
our board.  Mr. Caissie and Mr. Deagle will both provide an enormous wealth of
knowledge and vision during this time of corporate expansion," said Wandinger.
    Mr. Alex Romanov and Mr. Irving Bronfman have stepped down as Directors of
the Board.  Mr. Caissie will be directly involved with the day-to-day
operations of both TheMotorPages.com Inc., and GTA Auctions and Liquidations
Inc., a subsidiary of Autoco.com and the largest public Auction House in
Ontario for automobiles, automotive products and liquidation items.
Mr. Deagle will be focusing on continuing the expansion of TheMotorPages.com
Inc., dealer member base.
