    IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 9 -- GA eXpress(TM)
(OTC Bulletin Board: GAUM), formerly General Automation, a leader in
enterprise-wide database solutions and data migration tools, announced today
it will partner with The Reynolds and Reynolds Company , a leading
information systems provider, to launch automotive retailers into eBusiness.
Reynolds and Reynolds will use GA eXpress' eTools OLE DB and ODBC to migrate
its automotive retail management system to the Internet, allowing retailers to
engage in eCommerce and seamlessly exchange data with its trading partners via
a Web-enabled retail management system.
"GA eXpress' eTools migration products allowed us to open our database
management environment to the world of eBusiness," said Bob Schaefer, Senior
Director of Marketing Technology for Reynolds & Reynolds. "Now, we can offer
our customers an open architecture retail management system, enabling their
retailers to share information with their customers, lenders and other

for every party involved, including their customers."

    The ePath to e-Business
GA eXpress' new products, based on the company's ePath strategy to build
open standards and industry-standard technologies, allows MultiValue customers
to perform eCommerce in the new, Internet-driven economy. The series of
eTools development kits provide an environment for maximizing client/server
eCommerce, Web transactions, custom database-to-database applications and
other functions of eBusiness.
eTools OLE DB allows businesses requiring the highest database performance
to develop powerful MultiValue applications that retain the data's
hierarchical nature with Microsoft's OLE DB standard. In industry standard
environments such as Visual Basic, Visual C++ and others, ActiveX Data Objects
