Majestic's Form 10-SB Registration Statement Becomes Effective

    SAN DIEGO--Feb. 8, 2000--The Majestic Companies, Ltd. (OTCBB:MJXC), currently trading under the symbol (OTCBB:MJXCE), is pleased to announce that its Form 10-SB registration statement, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 12, 1999, is now effective.
    Majestic is now in compliance with eligibility rules governing the NASD OTC Bulletin Board and is scheduled to resume trading under its original symbol (OTCBB:MJXC) on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2000.
