EWRX Enters Strategic Relationship with Adsmart to Provide Exclusive Third Party Advertising Representation to its Company of Web Sites...

    DENVER--Feb. 8, 2000--(OTC BB:EWRX)

    EWRX (pronounced E-works) Internet Systems Inc., (www.ewrx.com) (OTC-BB-EWRX) a leading Internet company in the Specialty Automotive aftermarket, announced today that it has entered into a contract with Adsmart, a majority owned subsidiary of CMGI Inc. (CMGI) and one of the largest online advertising networks for exclusive third-party advertising representation for all existing and future EWRX automotive company websites.
    On January 20, Engage Technologies, Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Adsmart. Upon closure of the deal, Adsmart will be fully integrated with Engage. As a result, EWRX will receive a single next generation solution that combines Engage's technologies with Adsmart's targeted and branded sites, providing EWRX with a customer life cycle program that will help them turn prospects into loyal customers and increase their online marketing ROI.
    Through the EWRX/Adsmart relationship, (www.classicar.com), (www.classictruckshop.com) and (www.motorhood.com) joins Adsmart's elite Automotive network, comprised of some of the nation's top automotive websites. Exposure in this network will increase EWRX-owned websites' presence to major advertising media buyers and national automotive and non-automotive advertisers, resulting in significantly increased revenue from banner ad placement. Since the entering into the agreement with Adsmart, sales of banner ad inventory on EWRX-owned automotive sites has risen from 15% to 100%.
