Textron Automotive Company Names Aubry Executive Vice President - Marketing, Communications and e-BusinessTROY, Mich., Feb. 7 -- Kirk W. Aubry has been named executive vice president -- Marketing, Communications and e-Business at Textron Automotive Company. The announcement was made today by Chairman, President and CEO Sam Licavoli. Mr. Aubry, 38, will spearhead the development of strategic marketing plans and direct all marketing and communications activities for Textron Automotive's divisions. He will also lead Textron Automotive's e-Business, government, community and investor relations initiatives. "We are committed to continuously improving the ways we serve our customers. Strengthening our marketing ability will ensure that we continue to deliver innovative, consumer-delighting, high-quality, high-value products," said Licavoli. "We're extremely pleased to have Kirk join our management team as we identify and incorporate new e-Business models. Kirk has the knowledge and experience to help us go to market in a global, digital economy." Mr. Aubry joins Textron Automotive Company from TRIO Communications where he has served since 1988 as president. Prior to TRIO, he was with Prodigy Services Company as director of Market Development. From 1983 to 1985, Aubry was manager of Marketing through Technology for Buick Motor Division. Mr. Aubry earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He is an active member of the community serving as a governor on the board of Cranbrook Academy of Art, chairman of Corporate Sponsorship for St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital Celebrity Night and a director on the boards of the Oakland County Business Roundtable and Automation Alley.
