Porsche Reports January Canada Sales

    ATLANTA, Feb. 3 -- Porsche Cars North America, importer and
distributor of Porsche sports cars in Canada, today announced sales and stock
figures for the month of January, 2000.  Canadian retail sales for the month
totaled 53 cars.  The 20 percent decrease from January, 1999 is a result of a
deliberate decision to reduce stock to meet seasonal demands.
