The Internet Analyst News -- Ford and GM Are Cruising Along on the Internet

NEW YORK--Feb. 2, 2000--If there's one thing that gets Ford Motor's Chief Executive Officer Jac Nasser to shout "Yahoo!," it's the Internet.     General Motors had a pair of its own announcements to make during the North American International Auto Show. It announced deals with America Online and free Internet Service Provider NetZero . The automaker has formed its own purchasing site, TradeXchange, and is negotiating with several other automakers, including the Toyota Motor .
