Internet Operations Center Strengthens Automotive Client Service; Eric Head Hired as Automotive Program Manager
    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 2 -- Internet Operations Center Inc.,
a leading application service provider, has hired Eric Head, 31, as automotive
program manager.
    "Adding Eric to our team further strengthens IOC's commitment to
delivering greater service and value to our automotive clients.  He has a
proven reputation and established business relationships in the auto
community," said Bill Walles, vice president of automotive business for IOC.
"His experience and business development track record are tremendous assets to
IOC as we continue to focus on providing high quality Internet solutions and
applications to our automotive clients," noted Walles.
    Prior to joining IOC, Head served as marketing and senior territory
manager in the Detroit office of the Brady Corporation, where he provided
value-added bar code systems to the automotive industry and was awarded
"Innovator of the Year" three years in a row for generating new product ideas.
Head joined the Brady Corporation in 1990, and served in several other
positions, including systems specialist in Detroit, district territory manager
in Cincinnati, and territory manager in Los Angeles.
    Head, who resides in Ann Arbor, Mich., is currently pursuing his master's
with a concentration in Internet technology from the University of Michigan,
and he has a bachelor's in marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
