Motor Club of America Signs with Cover-All Technologies
FAIR LAWN, N.J.--Feb. 1, 2000--Cover-All Technologies Inc. (CTI), (NASDAQ - COVR and PHLX-CVA), a leading software developer of systems for the property and casualty insurance industry, today announced that New Jersey-based Motor Club of America (MCA) has chosen CTI's Classic EXPRESSion(TM)system to provide a full policy rating and issuance solution and CTI'iClassic(TM)Web-enabling option that extends the system to the Internet.According to Charles Pelosi, Vice President of Information Systems at MCA, "chose Cover-All because of all the commercial lines rating solutions we looked at, we feel the Classic EXPRESSion software best suits our needs. Classic EXPRESSion will provide MCA with a unified approach to its commercial lines processing for Commercial Property Package, Commercial Auto and Business Owners Policy products. The system will accommodate MCA's growth and provide future expansion including Web technologies.

Classic EXPRESSion is a Windows(R)-based 32-bit application that includes a graphical user interface (GUI) and provides users with a familiar environment and Windows-standard tools. The system utilizes a client/server architecture. It is compliant with Windows 95, 98 and WindowsNT operating systems and with Novell(R) and NT networks. Classic EXPRESSion handles multi-line policy rating and issuance for all commercial Property and Casualty lines of business and all states. The system offers nationwide compliance for ISO and NCCI rates, rules and forms, as well as many specialty non-ISO lines of business. The iClassic Web-enabling option provides the full functionality of the Classic EXPRESSion system through a desktop Internet browser. Access is controlled by logon and password security.
