Oxford Automotive Hires Craig Fitzpatrick As Group Controller    
    TROY, Mich., Jan. 28 -- Oxford Automotive, Inc., a leading
Tier 1 OEM automotive supplier of manufactured engineered metal components,
assemblies and modules, recently hired Craig Fitzpatrick to serve as group
controller in charge of the financial planning and performance of the Oxford
Automotive North American plants located in Alma, Argos, and Corydon.

    Fitzpatrick was previously the corporate accounting manager of Lear
Donnelly Overhead Systems in Southfield, MI.  In this position he was
responsible for the financial management of the company including financial
reporting and consolidation, budgeting, planning, payroll, financial analysis,
and treasury management.  Fitzpatrick has a Masters of Business Administration
in Accounting from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Finance from The University of Michigan.
    In his new position as group controller, Fitzpatrick will be responsible
for the overall financial performance of Oxford Automotive North American
plants Alma, Argos, and Corydon.  In addition, a large variety of his
activities will center on analyzing cost-effectiveness, driving cost savings,
managing plant financial staff, structuring new product launches, and
formulating plant budgets for 2001 fiscal year.
