    DALLAS, Jan. 27 -- giggo.com announced today that Brian Reed,
Managing Director of debis Financial Services Inc., Affinity Services Division
(debis Affinity Services), will assume day to day operational leadership of
giggo.com, the leading online automotive financing site and strategic
e-commerce initiative of DaimlerChrysler Services (debis) AG.  Mr. Reed will
continue his operating responsibilities in leading debis Affinity Services.

senior management positions at Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation (MBCC).
