GE Capital Fleet Services Appoints New President of Small Fleet and New Senior Vice PresidentMINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 26 -- GE Capital Fleet Services has promoted Richard Neff to president and general manager, Small Fleet Services, and Bob Williams to senior vice president, North American operations. Neff joined GE in 1987 and has held positions in Corporate and GE Medical Systems before joining Fleet Services in 1996. Most recently, Neff was the senior vice president for global quality. In his new role, Neff will focus on driving and directing initiatives for GE Capital Small Fleet Services, a business unit of GE Capital Fleet Services. He replaces Jeff Kiesel who has been appointed business leader for the newly established GE Small Business Solutions. Williams, a GE veteran, spent 25 years in GE Plastics before joining GE Capital Fleet Services in 1997. Since then he has held a variety of assignments including sales, product management, technology and marketing. Williams, who most recently was the eastern sales vice president, replaces Marian Powell who was recently appointed senior vice president, e-commerce.
