ADP Announces New, Enhanced Elite(TM) Dealer Management System Solutions at NADAComprehensive Business Solutions Offer Dealers More Flexibility, More Choices ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 22 -- NADA '00 - ADP Dealer Services today announced new additions and enhancements to its popular Elite(TM) dealer management system. "We're continuing to enhance our elite DMS," said Mike Martone, president, ADP Dealer Services. "We've made it more flexible and easier to use so dealers have the business information and tools they need to make more money. Elite is the DMS of choice for dealerships ranging from 25 to 2,500 users." New and enhanced products for the Elite DMS include: * ElitePlus!(TM) (Service): Provides Windows(R) navigation of the dealer's Elite service applications for easier access to the appointment, repair order and service write-up functions. Service personnel will use it to write more thorough, more profitable service orders. * Document Storage and Data Archiving (DSDA)(TM): This NT-based system archives, scans, indexes, searches, views, retrieves, faxes and prints documents -- including invoices, statements, signed contracts, repair orders and more. DSDA makes it easy to share more than 1.5 million pages of archived information and 60,000 scanned documents throughout the dealership from desktop PC's. * Enterprise Consolidation Solution (ECS): with ECS, dealers can consolidate multiple accounting, service history, inventory and customer files to take advantage of Elite's multi-company features. Service advisors can access vehicle histories from all stores and service locations in the dealer group. And the centralized management of accounts receivables, accounts payables, cash and vehicle inventories eliminates redundant processes and speeds financial reporting and inter-company transactions. * Sales Advisor(TM) 2.0: Sales Advisor is now tightly integrated with Elite to help dealers capture and retain both Internet shoppers and traditional walk-ins, using four moneymaking modules. Right Relationship(TM) for managing ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. Right Deal(TM) to meet customer needs with side-by-side deal comparisons. Right Vehicle(TM) to help customers select and configure the vehicle of their choice. F&I Sales Advisor(TM) SA to help dealers create contracts, leases and balloon deals that match customers' finance needs. * F&I Advisor (TM) SA: Available as a stand-alone application as well as a module of ADP Sales Advisor 2.0, this powerful Windows-based F&I tool helps dealers work up more profitable deals at both front and back ends. It simplifies trade-ins, eliminates VIN frustrations and recalculates profit at each change in the deal. * ElitePlus(TM) Release 2.0: This release adds new standard reports and enhanced performance features to the popular ElitePlus!
