Polaris Industries Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

    MINNEAPOLIS--Jan. 20, 2000--Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE/PSE:PII) announced the declaration of a quarterly $0.22 per share cash dividend payable on or about February 15, 2000 to shareholders of record on February 1, 2000. This represents a 10% increase over the quarterly dividend paid during 1999.
    Polaris Industries Inc. designs, engineers, manufactures and markets snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles, personal watercraft and the Polaris Ranger for recreational and utility use. Polaris is the world's largest snowmobile manufacturer, and one of the largest U.S. manufacturers of all-terrain vehicles and personal watercraft.
