Isuzu Dealers to Sell '99 Amigo Sport-Utility Vehicles on priceline.com

       Qualifying Buyers Can Receive a $3,000 Cash Rebate and a No Cost
                  Two-Year / 24,000 Mile Maintenance Program

    CERRITOS, Calif., Jan. 18 -- American Isuzu Motors Inc. has
announced an on-line agreement with e-commerce giant, priceline.com.  For a
limited time priceline.com shoppers can "name their own price" on a 1999 Isuzu
Amigo sport-utility vehicle and perhaps save thousands in the bargain.
    Between January 17 and February 15, 2000 all buyers will receive a $3,000
cash rebate but those that log on to priceline.com can add to their savings by
naming their own price.  Once a price is entered, priceline.com forwards the
offer to dealers in the buyer's geographic area.  Dealers accepting the offer
are then given the consumer's name and contact information.
    Program buyers that purchase by February 15 and take delivery before
February 29, 2000 also qualify for a special Isuzu "Protection Plus"
maintenance program package, available free for priceline.com buyers only,
which covers all recommended factory service, as published in the 1999 Isuzu
Amigo owner's manual, at no additional cost.  The "Protection Plus" package is
a free added value for priceline.com 1999 Isuzu Amigo buyers in addition to
the 36 month / 50,000 mile, limited basic warranty, 60 month / 60,000 mile
powertrain warranty, and 72 month / 100,000 mile anti-corrosion warranty.
