Fabrication has Commenced On the Rand Cam Air-Conditioning Compressor
VANCOUVER. B.C.--Jan. 18, 2000--Reg Technologies, Inc. (RRE.V / OTC BB:REGRF) and its US subsidiary REGI U.S., Inc. (OTC BB:RGUS) has contracted with Coltec, Inc., a Columbus, Indiana engineering firm, to fabricate the Rand Cam(TM) air-conditioning compressor for buses.TransAir Manufacturing Corporation will conduct testing this spring. TransAir is one of the largest manufacturers of air-conditioning units for buses and has agreed to jointly develop and manufacture the working model compressor.

REGI U.S., Inc. / Reg Technologies, Inc. jointly own the world wide rights to the Rand Cam(TM) rotary technology and are currently incorporating our latest winged rotor technology to dramatically improve sealing and reduce friction in the diesel Rand Cam(TM) engine. The Company is designing a oil pump for automobile transmissions for one of the big three car manufacturers in Detroit. The Company is also testing the Air Vapor Flow System (AVFS) which tests to date indicate lower pollution and better fuel economy in small four cycle engines. Testing is continuing with larger engine applications.
The Company's goal is to licence the technology and/or to participate in joint ventures to manufacture specific Rand Cam(TM) devices.
