WorkForce Software Formed; Company to Deliver Leading Edge Timesheet Software

    LIVONIA, Mich.--Jan. 18, 2000--WorkForce Software Inc., a new corporation with plans to deliver leading edge timesheet software, has been established, it was announced today.
    The company is privately owned and funded and is headquartered in Livonia, MI.
    "Time and attendance systems are notorious for requiring complex custom programming to meet unique requirements in larger organizations. We will bring to market a comprehensive system with leading technologies, allowing quick deployment with minimal implementation costs," said Kevin Choksi, the company's President. "Our system will integrate with payroll and HRIS systems from companies like ADP and PeopleSoft."
    "Payroll and human resource professionals will appreciate automated calculation of pay, benefit accruals (vacation, sick time), and FMLA tracking. The product will deliver information such as time off availability directly to employees over the Web, freeing up administrative staffs. Both labor and production data can be captured, benefiting manufacturers and auto-suppliers," commented Product Manager Kathy Cieloszczyk.
    "Our timesheet software can be accessed by employees and managers over an intranet/Internet or data collection devices, such as on a factory floor. The system leverages leading technologies like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle 8i, web browsers, and XML," said Michael Knister, WorkForce Software's Chief Technology Officer.
    WorkForce Software's management team consists of three executives with more than 20 years experience in time and attendance.

-- Kevin Choksi, a founder of the company, serves as the President. Mr. Choksi formerly served as the Product Manager at FASTECH where he designed and marketed their client/server and web software. He earned a BSE in Computer Engineering and a MBA from the University of Michigan.
-- Michael Knister, serves as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Knister was formerly an independent consultant for a variety of high technology companies. He earned a MSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
-- Kathy Cieloszczyk, serves as the company's Product Manager. Ms. Cieloszczyk was formerly a product architect at FASTECH where she designed portions of the company's product. She graduated with a MIS degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.

    WorkForce software is currently seeking customers to beta test the first software release. Beta customers receive the final software, scheduled for delivery in March, 2000 at no charge.
