Manheim Auctions Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire ADTATLANTA, Jan. 14 -- Manheim Auctions, Inc. today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ADT Automotive Holdings, Inc., a wholesale auto auction company with 28 U.S. locations. ADT is currently a subsidiary of Tyco International. "Obviously, until the deal is consummated, we will continue to operate as ADT Automotive, and no changes will take place," added Moorby, who helped found ADT in 1992.
