This will enable consumers to manage the care and maintenance of their vehicles online. The letter of intent, which is subject to a definitive agreement, extends DriveOff.com's 100 percent online automotive experience through the ownership cycle. In addition, the dealership members of the Internet Auto Dealers Marketing Association (IADMA) will participate in the service through DriveOff.com.
