DriveOff.com to Offer myautogarage.com from ADP and IBM
Revolutionary Service to Extend DriveOff.com's 100 Percent
                 Online Experience Throughout Ownership Cycle

DENVER, Jan. 13 -- DriveOff.com, Inc. today announced that it
will offer myautogarage.com from ADP and IBM within DriveOff.com's Personal
Auto Center. This will enable consumers to manage the care and maintenance of
their vehicles online. Scheduled to launch in the second quarter,
myautogarage.com will link consumers to dealers' computer systems to schedule
service appointments, obtain service price quotes and view service histories
for their vehicles. The letter of intent, which is subject to a definitive
agreement, extends DriveOff.com's 100 percent online automotive experience
through the ownership cycle.
DriveOff.com, a subsidiary of Navidec Inc. expects to offer
the service, free of charge to its customers in the second quarter. In
addition, the dealership members of the Internet Auto Dealers Marketing
Association (IADMA) will participate in the service through DriveOff.com.
"Incorporating myautogarage.com into our site is another example of how
DriveOff.com provides the best possible e-commerce experience for both
customers and auto dealers," said Michael Kranitz, president of DriveOff.com.
"ADP's myauotgarage.com will allow us to continue providing our consumers with
a comprehensive online experience during their purchase transactions and
throughout their ownership cycles. In addition, myautogarage.com will put the
Internet to work for the IADMA's members by providing increased service
appointments at no cost to consumers."
After purchasing or leasing their vehicles through DriveOff.com, consumers
will access electronic "garage doors" from their Personal Auto Center. Each
garage door will link to a consumer's chosen servicing dealer and
manufacturer. From scheduling appointments to obtaining service-price quotes,
consumers will access an array of information stored within the dealer's
computer systems. DriveOff.com
"The combination of myautogarage.com and DriveOff.com's services provide
myautogarage.com
consumers with a complete online experience for acquiring and owning their

vehicles. DriveOff.com's unique relationship with the IADMA dealers adds
terrific momentum to myautogarage.com's acceptance by dealers and consumers,"
said William A. Lang, IBM automotive industry practice executive.

By integrating directly with dealer computer systems, myautogarage.com
will also provide consumers with a complete service history for their vehicle,
regardless of which authorized dealer performed the work. From this
information, customized maintenance schedules and service reminders will be
available.
    Incorporating myautogarage.com into DriveOff.com also represents a
dramatic leap forward for the IADMA dealer-base. Through their participation
in the service through DriveOff.com, IADMA member dealerships will
effortlessly reduce maintenance costs while increasing business volume and
customer satisfaction simultaneously.
"Integrating dealers' systems with myautogarage.com provides the kind of
personalized Internet interaction that today's consumers are demanding. By
adding myautogarage.com to DriveOff.com, IADMA dealers will have a powerful
tool to attract and retain loyal Internet customers," said Allan Stejskal,
vice president of e-business for ADP Dealer Services.
