Cauley, to the position of assistant general counsel. Prior to this appointment, Cauley served as partner at the Detroit-based law firm of Bodman, Longley & Dahling, where he engaged in all aspects of corporate practice, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and financing, tax and real estate transactions. Cauley holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a major in accounting and a J.D., from the University of Michigan. Cauley is also a C.P.A.
