FinishMaster, Inc. Announces Acquisition

    INDIANAPOLIS--Jan. 11, 2000--FinishMaster, Inc. today announced it has acquired C & H Paint & Equipment Supplies, Inc., located in Sacramento, California. Through the acquisition, FinishMaster will add two strategic locations and solidify the company's market presence in Northern California.
    "Sacramento is a new market for us and offers significant growth potential," said Wes Dearbaugh, President and Chief Operating Officer. "This acquisition is our first in 2000 and continues the implementation of our acquisition and growth strategy. During 1999, we completed six acquisitions."
