SDRC , a leading global supplier of Internet-enabled collaborative product development solutions, today announced that debis humaita has joined the Metaphase(R) Enterprise Solution Provider (e!sp(R)) program. SDRC works closely with its e!sp members to help ensure seamless integration with Metaphase products, services and methodologies. As a cooperative Metaphase implementation solution provider, debis humaita deploys individual and tailored business solutions for companies based in South America, leveraging Metaphase Enterprise product data management (PDM) solutions.
"When debis humaita started in 1996 with its PDM Project at Mercedes-Benz Brazil, this was one of the first PDM introducing activities in Latin America. In an international partnership over the last two years with SDRC, Germany, debis SH and Mercedes-Benz, a collaborative PDM platform has been implemented, thus providing optimized and streamlined simultaneous engineering. Key engineering processes such as configuration and change management, document management, and digital mock-up have been improved by means of a Metaphase customization supported by our consultants," said Dr. Uwe Baake, senior manager, debis humaita.
