    TORONTO--Jan. 4, 2000--Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc., (OTCBB:ESWW) developer of the EnviroCat (TM) catalytic converter is pleased to announce that it is now a compliant issuer with the SEC on its Form 10 filing to register its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
    ESWW announces that it has commenced trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board as of December 21, 1999.
    ESWW has taken possession of its new office and plant facility in the Toronto area. The premises will be used as the corporate office and the the plant will be used in the pilot manufacturing process of the EnviroCat (TM), which is anticipated to commence in January 2000.
