BMW GROUP INTRODUCES NEW WEBSITE
EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEDIA

        WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ, DECEMBER 15, 1999...BMW Group today introduced
a
revolutionary new press website:
<http://www.press.bmwgroup.com/>www.press.bmwgroup.com.  The BMW Press
Club, developed specially for media covering the company and automotive
industry, offers journalists exclusive access to breaking news on the BMW
Group including Land Rover and BMW Product, speeches, sales, marketing and
promotional events, historical data plus a  complete image library.
        By logging onto the site, journalists can register and enter the
world of the BMW Group.  Data is presented in a clear and easy to read
format.  Through a series of search mechanisms, the user can swiftly
navigate through the history of BMW and Land Rover, pull up recent
statements and executive speeches, learn about marketing and promotional
events, or pull up the specifications of the latest products and model
line.
