Worldwide PetroMoly Offers Assistance to the Air Quality Issue by Utilizing Its `molytech' Technology

    HOUSTON--Dec. 28, 1999--

This EPA Tested Product has Proven Its Ability
to Reduce Harmful Emissions

In the wake of all of the environmental reports concerning the U.S. air quality, along with President Clinton's and Governor Bush's respective calls to action for improvement, Worldwide PetroMoly Inc. (OTCBB:MOLY) acknowledges its lubrication technology known as "molytech(TM)" to be an EPA proven ingredient that can help to substantially reduce harmful emissions that are emitted from passenger cars, lawnmowers, trucks, buses, railcars and large industrial engines.
These lubricant products are manufactured with a special ingredient called molybdenum disulfide, or MoS2. The use of this ingredient in lubricants is not new to the lubrication industry. What is new is how PetroMoly has safely harnessed the properties of MoS2 and has created an engine oil and oil additives that not only lubricate and protect your engine at maximum efficiency, but also improves fuel economy and reduces harmful ozone causing emissions.
In January 1999, the EPA completed an 11-month confirmatory evaluation on PetroMoly Engine Oil, which validated the claims of a statistical significant improvement after introducing molytech(TM) to an engine. The report is filed in the U.S. Federal Register and can be viewed at: http://www.epa.gov/omswww.
"We have numerous customers whom we have restored from a 'FAIL' to a 'PASS' on their required smog tests, just by changing to our motor oil," says Lance J. Rosmarin, President of Worldwide PetroMoly. "We believe that if more people and industries were using a lubricant with molytech(TM) in their engines, we would see a substantial improvement in the air quality. It's not the sole solution, but it is a very good and responsible start. The even better news is that all of our customers, including Continental Airlines G.S.E., are not only helping to keep our air cleaner, they are saving money on fuel, equipment and labor. Meanwhile, they are using less oil and therefore they dispose of less oil which means less waste and less deprivation of our natural resources; so PetroMoly is an premier environmental product that produces a win on both sides of the equation," Rosmarin says.
"The process by which PetroMoly reduces emissions is two-fold," says Stephen Peterson, Vice President of Technology and Sales for Worldwide PetroMoly. "By improving fuel economy, you also reduce emissions. Less fuel is needed to get you where you're going. But that's not all. Even the polished metal surfaces that move across each other in an engine are not perfectly smooth when viewed under a microscope. The soft, moly lubricant fills in the tiny hills and valleys in the engine's surfaces to seal the combustion chamber. This keeps exhaust gases where they're supposed to be, not where they can contaminate the oil and escape unburned creating harmful emissions. PetroMoly lubricants save you money, and they help control pollution by reducing ozone causing emissions," Peterson adds.
Worldwide PetroMoly is a sponsor in the 1999 Pep Boys Indy Racing League. For information on the company and on PetroMoly products and technology, visit the PetroMoly Web site at http://www.petromoly.com.
