New Penn Appoints New National Account Director

    LEBANON, Pa.--Dec. 27, 1999--New Penn Motor Express, Inc., a subsidiary of Arnold Industries, Inc., has named David Parrott as director of national account sales.
    Parrott's appointment was the result of an extensive search that included internal and external candidates. Parrott will assume much of the responsibility held by Charles Kachel who will retire after more than 31 years with New Penn. Parrott will be responsible for national account customer contacts in the Southeastern United States.
