Johnson Controls Appoints Darrell Lloyd to Vice President of Area Management
    MILWAUKEE, Dec. 22 -- Darrell Lloyd has been named vice
president of area management for Johnson Controls, Inc. North
America Systems and Services business based in Milwaukee.
    Lloyd's appointment is the first position to be filled on a new team that
will focus on coaching, developing and supporting area managers.  His role on
the team is to work with area managers in the development of business strategy
and the implementation of standard processes and tools.
    Before accepting this position, Lloyd served as the area general manager
in Florida for Johnson Controls for the past six years.  He joined the company
as a junior draftsman and has held many positions in operations, sales, sales
management and branch management over the last 27 years.
    Lloyd received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio
State University.
    Johnson Controls, Inc., is a global market leader in automotive systems
and facility management and control.  In the automotive market, it is a major
supplier of seating and interior systems and batteries.  For nonresidential
facilities, Johnson Controls provides building control systems and services,
energy management and integrated facility management.  Johnson Controls,
