IPSCO Receives Order from BC Gas Utility Ltd.-Southern Crossing Pipeline Project

    REGINA, Saskatchewan--Dec. 21, 1999--IPSCO (TSE:IPS.) IPSCO Inc. said today that its subsidiary, IPSCO Saskatchewan Inc. had received an order for 45,000 tons of 24-inch diameter gas transmission pipe for BC Gas Utility Ltd. -- Southern Crossing Pipeline Project for production during the first and second quarters of 2000.
