UGN, Inc. Named 1999 Nissan Quality Achievement Award Winner

    CHICAGO, Dec. 21 -- UGN, Inc. recently was recognized by
Nissan Motor Manufacturing Corporation U.S.A. with the prestigious 1999
Quality Achievement Award.  UGN, which supplies acoustical management products
to the automaker, was one of six suppliers to receive the honor.  Quality
Achievement Award winners rank at the top of the Nissan Quality Master Scale
based on evaluations from all divisions.
    "It is an honor to represent the best of Nissan's supplier team," said
Gary Jamison, UGN president and CEO.  "The award is just one indication of our
team's continued commitment to high-quality products and service -- we are
constantly focused on delivering the best possible quality, and it shows."
