MSN CarPoint Asks, What Are Your Most 'Unforgettable' Cars?
 Most-Visited Online Car-Buying Web Site Polls Consumers and Offers a Chance
                 To Win 'Most Unforgettable Cars' Sweepstakes

    REDMOND, Wash., Dec. 20 -- What is the most unforgettable car
of all time? Beginning Dec. 17, consumers will be able to declare their choice
and enter to win a 1999 Volkswagen New Beetle, one of the cars selected by the
editors at the MSN(TM) CarPoint(TM) online automotive service as one of the
most "unforgettable" cars. Consumers can simply log on to the Web's premier
car-buying site at http://www.carpoint.msn.com/ to take the poll and enter the
sweepstakes.
    The most-visited online car-buying site, CarPoint is the exclusive and
official Web site of the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) 2000
and will be offering Internet coverage of all the action at this year's show
starting Jan. 9. To find out what consumers think are the most unforgettable
cars of the 20th century, CarPoint is hosting the MSN CarPoint "Most
Unforgettable Cars" Sweepstakes. The poll asks consumers to name their
favorite unforgettable cars, including those from film and television.
Everyone who responds to the poll will be automatically entered in a
sweepstakes to win the New Beetle, one of the century's unforgettable cars.
The auto experts at CarPoint also will be selecting their top picks for
10 "unforgettable" categories, including "Most Unforgettable Race Car,"
"Most Unforgettable Family Car" and "Most Unforgettable Back Seat."
    The MSN CarPoint "Most Unforgettable Cars" poll results and sweepstakes
winner will be announced and posted on the Web site along with results of the
CarPoint "Editor Poll" on Jan. 10. In addition, CarPoint will feature
360-degree views of the experts' top three most unforgettable cars.

    Contest Rules:  Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary to
win. Contest runs from Friday, Dec. 17, 1999, through Sunday, Jan. 9, 2000, at
7 p.m. EST. Entries that are unintelligible for any reason are not eligible.
Entrant information will not be used for any purpose other than to notify the
entrant if he or she is a winner and shall become the sole property of MSN
CarPoint. Winner will be contacted within 10 days of the end of the
sweepstakes. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and
release within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time
period or return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will
result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Only
persons who are legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico), who
reside and are physically located in the United States, and who are 18 years
of age or older are eligible to win. Employees, and any agents and relatives
of employees, of MSN CarPoint, or their respective parent companies,
affiliates, subsidiaries or advertising and promotion agencies, are not
eligible to participate in or enter into this sweepstakes. Promotion entities
shall not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries or damages of any
kind resulting from acceptance and possession or use and misuse of prize item.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Federal, state and
