Rapid Company Growth Necessitates Expansion Into Greenwood Village Facilities

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Dec. 16 -- Citing strong company growth and
anticipated future expansion, Navidec Inc. and its automotive

have relocated their corporate headquarters to a 70,000 square foot facility
in the rapidly growing Denver Tech Center.  The companies previously occupied
15,000 square feet of space in Englewood, Colo.

    The new headquarters, located at 6399 S. Fiddlers Green Circle, features a

an average employee age below 30 years.  These include a fitness center,
documentation library and an employee lounge area complete with foosball,
ping-pong and air hockey tables.  The new facility's 30 meeting rooms enable
