Announces Corporate and SAP Support Center Contract Award From Visteon Automotive SystemsDEARBORN, Mich., Dec. 16 -- National TechTeam, Inc. today announced the Company has entered into a technical support contract for corporate help desk services with Visteon Automotive Systems, a leading automotive systems supplier. Under the terms of the contract, TechTeam will provide Visteon's central IT support center, delivering PC, UNIX and SAP support for Visteon's staff and engineering employees. The support center will provide 24 hour, 7 day a week support. The support center will assist computing users with any Information Technology related issue or concerns. Through the comprehensive support model, the support center will be closely linked to all local resources to ensure problem resolution is achieved. The support center will increase organizational efficiency and unify all internal and external support organizations. The support center coverage is also in the process of expanding to Visteon's Multi-lingual European computing users. Harry A.
