(Photo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/19991214/MNTU022 ) Ms. Rose has served as Director of Corporate Benefits and Payroll since 1994, and has held management positions in audit, financial planning and information technology since 1980. She joined the company in 1969. Ms. Rose is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She succeeds William P. Killian, who will retire in March after 23 years with the company. Mr. Killian will remain with Johnson Controls until then to support the transition.
